I've been using YouTrack to report Rubymine bugs, and I have to say it is easily the most usable bug tracker I've used so far.
Its simple and clean and has keyboard shortcuts :-)
I'm thinking that this would be a nice compliment to Pivotal Tracker as a public-facing bug tracker.
