Why am I not getting notified of new tweets?
simplified notifications: when enabled, they check every 15 minutes, independent if Tweed is open or closed
This still don't work, Ive had this installed since launch and have got exactly two notifications of new tweets. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Hoped this would fix it, Guess not.

Inappropriate?Do you have notifications enabled, in App Menu, preference/accounts? When you noted two notifications, do they say "You have new tweets"? If so, the are referring to auto-refresh updates, which happens every 3 minutes for the open card. This is called a banner, which is different from the notification which leaves a dashboard icon/panel in the lower right.

Inappropriate?I'm happy to report back that I uninstalled and reinstalled the new one and it is now giving me the notifications for new updates(Tweets) when the card is closed.
