Virtual collaborators

I'd love to be able to specify the requester of a project without creating a Tracker account for that person. For example, when initially bringing Tracker into an organization its often easier to get things setup and slowly start to roll it out to others, as opposed to adding everyone as a collaborator and have to explain what this new tool/process is.
