Various importing bugs
1. Story Status names seem to be a bit wonky: "Started" worked, but "started" did not. "unscheduled" did not work with any permutation I gave it.
2. Both Excel and OO Calc store dates as integers (sometimes -- I've never understood their logic) in the spreadsheet, and these may end up being what's exported. It would be good to support this date format as well.
3. Date formatting errors don't return a row number.
