User Additions

I attempted to add a user, and was just going to assign my email address to it; since, I am basically just using evaluating the software for use within our group. When I received the failure message about no duplicate emails allowed. I decided to go ahead and associate the user with a valid email address. However, whenever I try to add this user, they get my name and initials, which isn't what I want.
