Two way integration with Zendesk
It would be great with a two way integration with Zendesk, the helpdesk/customer support tool. Zendesk offers one way integration with Tracker, i. e. you can have Zendesk notify Tracker and create a Feature, Bug, Chore or Release on user defined triggers.
To have changes in the Tracker bug sent back to Zendesk would be a very powerful feature.

Inappropriate?Hi Linus....we're actually just about to being work on expanding the Tracker API to support for 2 way integrations. You'll be able to keep Tracker stories in sync with any external tool that has an API, including Zendesk.

Inappropriate?We're still working on this, but making good progress. In January, expect to see some built-in integrations, as well as API enhancements that will make it easy to build your own integrations.

Inappropriate?This will definitely make life easier. Our dev team uses Pivotal and we're constantly cross-referencing between it and Zendesk to link support issues with development action.

Inappropriate?We've added Zendesk integration to Tracker. At the moment, it allows you to import tickets into the backlog or icebox from within Tracker, via drag/drop, and create stories that are linked to the tickets. More info here:
