Trouble adding some members to a project.
Added several members to a project. Some were able to join no problem. Some did not receive the invitation email. I tried resending it from the Member list page and got an alert telling me there was an unexpected error. Several page refreshes did not get rid of the error. I removed the user and had him try to join directly and he still did not receive a confirmation email. How can I get this person joined up?

Inappropriate?It seems for some reason their email provider is either blocking emails from Tracker or marking them as spam. Have them look in their spam folders for the tracker invitation.
If they can't find invitation emails in the spam folder, have them sign up for Tracker directly on https://www.pivotaltracker.com/signup.... And if they don't receive their sign up confirmation email, have them email tracker@pivotallabs.com from the email address they used to sign up and will get them activated.
Once they have a valid Tracker user account, you can add them to your project.
