tracker doesn't accept my email whether signing in or signing up
Here's what I've been trying to do without success:
1. I try to login from the homepage, the error says invalid username/password.
2. I try to reset my password via the Forgot Password link, it says it couldn't find my username/email
3. I tried to sign up again (to check if my account was deleted) and the system says that email address was already in use
4. My teammate tried logging in and viewing the project and she can see it without any problem.
