Session timeout error won't go away
Session timeout error won't go away evan after restarting browser, computer. Used a different browser. Cleared cache including cookies. No problem logging in on different computer. We had two users try to log in on the original computer with no luck. Are there logs or anything we can send you?

Inappropriate?Users have reported this problem on occasion, but we haven't been able to track down the problem yet. If you're using FireFox 3, go to "Tools" -> "Page Info", then select the "Security" tab, then click "View Cookies". Are there any cookies for "pivotaltracker.com" ? If so remove them.

Inappropriate?This problem is on an iMac by the way. Using Safari.
We cleared the cookies on Safari as well as Firefox and the issue is still there.
Any other ideas? -
Inappropriate?Hmm.. Are you using the "remember me" functionality? Is your IMac's system time off by some large amount? Does it happen with Firefox on your IMac? Are you able to do stuff on other pages?

Inappropriate?The system time was set to several months in the past for some testing and we forgot to update the time. So that solved it. Thanks Mark!
