remove member doesn't work?
1) i added a member but got the initials wrong (duplicates of someone else on team). not way to edit member without removing them (ok clunky but ok)
2) when i try to remove them it appears to do so, but when i readd them, it readds the same old user with the old initials (eg gg instead of gvg). the user hasn't yet accepted their email to the project, so i am hoping that once they do, i can remove them ok, but as of now i can't (username is geoff gray ggray@carepaths.com for project emr).
fyi. thus far we are loving the site....gg

Inappropriate? When you add a new Pivotal Tracker user via the project add member functionality, that new user is added to the system and an invitation email is sent to them. Removing that user from the project does not remove them from the system. After that new user accepts the invitation email and logs into Pivotal Tracker, they can click on the "My Profile" link at the top right side of the page and update their initials.

Inappropriate?Initials are stored alongside the user's account (which has now been created for them), so specifying it for the same user when you re-add them is actually a no-op. They can change it in "My Profile" when they finish setting up their account.
You (as a manager) entering initials at that stage is really as a convenience so that they have initials already once they accept.
I’m fine
