I've done this twice recently. One time by using the Reports and applying some of the options (click show options) and secondly by exporting to CSV, opening it up in Numbers (or Excel) and applying some conditional formatting.
Nothing special, but it lets you make as much spacing as you want, write on it and highlight it! http://img.skitch.com/20090421-nysiq8...
