Possible to include the project name in twitter updates?

Is it possible to include the project name in the twitter updates? I'd rather not have "n" different twitter accounts to have one per project. An arbitrary text tag to attach per project to each tweet would be preferred to project name, actually. I could then specify a hashtag per project and my twitter client could do magic with that.
