Notifications to all project members / more flexible notifications
Hi, we are currently working on a project using tracker.
There are 2 developers doing mostly pair programming and there are 2 people leading the project (one of them being me) acting as product owners.
Because it is only possible to have one requester per story sometimes i am getting notified about a delivered story but i might be out of office and the other product owner is not notified. It would be nice to have a way of notifying us both.
Maybe it could be a setting where all notifications (new story, comment on story, delivered, accepted) are sent to all members involved in the project. Perhaps it could be something more complex where you setup rules...

Inappropriate?I second this ... not just for the out of town idea but also because we have developers working on separate but related features and should be aware of what goes on in work.
Similarly, we may have multiple people who request a feature, and we want them all to be notified when things get changed/commented on/etc.
I’m hoping this gets implemented!

Inappropriate?+1 I agree, here is our particular scenario.
Currently we of course Start the story, then Finish (which it then goes to code review), then after code review it is Delivered (pushed to the shared repository), and finally at the end of Sprint Demo if Product Management accepts it it is Accepted. What we would really like is a field for a user story that could do one of the following:
1. Notify a person(s) when the user story has been delivered.
2. Notify a person(s) when a user story changes to a particular state.
I know that the Requester is notified; however; the main reason for this is that after a story is Delivered we would like an email to be sent to our automation QA team (who are not the requester) who then go on to start creating all of the automation tests. Currently they have to continual look through the Current queue looking for changes to the user tasks. In addition we can see other uses for these notification triggers being helpful in various other circumstances.
I’m hopeful.

this is one of the best points

Inappropriate?I agree! I other developers should know when other ones are finished/post a comment, etc. We are a small team and everyone wants to know what's up.
I’m annoyed
