Notifications should have better email header templates
right now the templates are:
Action ( Project ): Date: Title
It would be much better if it were:
"PivotalTracker" - Project - Action - Title
Date is worthless, since its in the email header/sort list
Naming things "PivotalTracker %(project)s" would make sorting 10x better
