non-compete

Hello,

I was wondering if you have standard non-compete and non-disclosure agreements (NDA) in place for companies using pivotal tracker? I have read the terms of use, privacy policy and copyright and did not immediately see any language that specifically protected tracker users in the event that pivotal labs decides to develop 'competing product'.
