New User tutorial mode
Have a "new user" mode where lots of help text appears in popups and flyovers, perhaps even in the backgrounds of the panels. The mode should be easy to disable from My Profile or perhaps the Dashboard.
This idea came from the wonderful users at our first SF Tracker Users Group.
