New Tracker Update

We've released a new Tracker update, with a number of improvements, including:

- new look/feel, with reorganized dashboard and project details pages
- usability improvements in the project story view, including auto-scrolling of panels while dragging, basic multi-select & actions (delete, move to icebox/backlog), reorganized header, etc.
- faster page loads of dashboard and admin pages
- lots of bug fixes
