Move attachments between stories
I'd love to be able to just drag an attachment into a different story.
Often when you get bugs on a story, someone will attach a screenshot or word doc related to the issue. If you want to raise a separate bug to address the issue, you have to save this file and then reattach it to the new story.
Also sometimes stories have attachments representing specs/data for the story. It is often the case that you want to move stuff around between stories to where it is more relevant or just to split stories into smaller chunks.
