Missing people from Add person drop down when person known through archived project
When you archive a project, people you know no longer show up in the drop down list for adding users to different or new projects. I think this is only if you only know them through an archived project.

Inappropriate?It looks like we didn't end up fixing this, but the workaround is to enter the person's email address in the add member field.
