Make visual marks for commented Stories
Maybe there is some way to do something like this, because I believe that many people may find it useful, but anyway I couldn't find it. So here's my idea.
I suggest to make some visual mark for commented Stories. For example, if someone commented a Story or attached a file, this Story should be marked as updated and it should be rather obvious. I find it really useful, because having 20 stories and asking questions to developers in 10 of them, I would like to see it in a clear way when they posted something back.
I know that there are e-mail notifications and flashes for updates, but if you have PT open all day long, it would be easier to see such updates exactly on the panels. And when you arrive from the meeting you should be able to see what Stories have been commented back.
But I also think that it should be user specific. I mean that I shouldn't see Stories as updated after I made my own comment. If I am an owner of the Story, I should see it as updated after someone comments to it except me. And if I am a requester, I should see it as updated after other owners or other members comment on it.

What do you think of the project history view? It's under the View menu, and also can be toggled with shift-H. It reports on comments and activity in reverse chronological order and is updated live. To highlight updated stories after you get back from a meeting, use the Reveal buttons in the history view.
We haven't yet made it possible to filter out your own activity, but we did a lot of work on the history panel for our last release. I think you'll find it very useful.
