Make the collapsed current and backlog the default view

Make the default view the one with the Current and Backlog panels collapsed into a single panel. They are really just one long backlog with the current pane being the current iteration. This would be less confusing for new Tracker users, and users who prefer the split pane style can easily re-enable it.

This idea came from the wonderful users at our first SF Tracker Users Group.
