The label search should work now. We had a slight glitch with our story searching mechanism yesterday that is now resolved. Let us know if you are still experiencing any problems.

It looks like I'm experiencing the same problem, now. It started after today's outages.

As you can see in the screenshot, the case labeled "Create stable accounts for Josh and Kip on staging server" is labeled urgent, but does not appear in the label:urgent search pane.
