Inappropriate?Update: we're working on integration features that will allow you to link Tracker stories to issues in external bug tracking tools, including JIRA. Linked stories will be kept in sync, eliminating the need to keep both tools up to date.

Awesome!
I'm with Atlassian working on JIRA. Be sure to add the Pivotal-JIRA integration to the Atlassian Plugin Exchange (plugins.atlassian.com) once it's available. I can help if necessary.

Inappropriate?This is great !
It's really hard to manage bugs in Pivotal Tracker.
There is no prefix number attached to the reported bugs which makes it hard to track and point on an issue without explaining the bug summery.
Also, there is no priority or severity for the bugs which is definitely needed.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?I'm glad that this feature has been completed, but I cannot get it to work. API access is enabled in JIRA, I'm sure I'm using the right credentials and filter ID. Still I get the error:
Unable to load issues - Failed to connect to JIRA API: Missing end tag for 'META' (got "HEAD") Line: Position: Last 80 unconsumed characters: This screen has produced the following error: 404
<
Can you please let me know which URL it tries to access in JIRA to see why I'm getting a 404? Our JIRA server is not externally accessible, but the integration help page says that either local or hosted servers are supported, so I don't believe that this is the issue. Please help. Thanks.

Inappropriate? For this feature to work, your JIRA can't be behind a firewall. What we need is an integration on the JIRA side that can call out to tracker!
I’m sad

agree...is this Jira feature in the queue? -
It's on our wish list, but not on the short list at the moment. We're hoping the user community can contribute a JIRA plugin for Tracker, via the API. -
Inappropriate?Does this work with JIRA Enterprise: Starter? I tried to get it working, but after many attempts I can't get past:
Unable to load issues - Error occurred while retrieving Issues
I’m frustrated

Chris - in the JIRA integration settings, you need to specify the numeric ID of the filter, not the filter name (eg. 123456). To see a filter's ID, hover over the filter link (on your JIRA dashboard), you should see the filter ID in the URL at the bottom of your browser. -
