JIRA integration not working
JIRA integration is not working for me. I get:
Unable to load issues - Failed to connect to JIRA API: Missing end tag for 'META' (got "HEAD") Line: Position: Last 80 unconsumed characters: This screen has produced the following error: 404
API access is enabled, the user account is correct. I've posted about this, but have not had any help or responses.

Inappropriate?Hi Alex...we'll see if we can figure out what's going on, but it may be data-specific. Do you have many issues in your JIRA filter?

I don't have the exact count, but no, it's not many issues at all. I'm seeing that the error is 404, so I'm wondering if you can provide a URL that the client tries to access on the JIRA server. That way I can at least verify basic availability of whatever server, virtual directory, URL it's trying to load. Thanks. -

The underlying JIRA driver connects to the endpoint: base_url/rpc/soap/jirasoapservice-v2". The base_url is the one given by the user on the JIRA integration page. If you send your project info to tracker@pivotallabs.com and we'll see if we can determine anything.
