Invitation emails always take me to a page that says "file not found"
Whenever I get invited to a new account, or project, my invitation is always pending because clicking on the link always results in a 'file not found' page.
I would be happy to send these URLs private (I don't know if putting them here in public is a bad idea or not).

Inappropriate?It looks like our account and project invitation emails are currently not working. We are looking into the problem now and will hopefully have a fix shortly.
If you already have a user account, you will have access to the new account or project.
If you do not have an existing user account, please forward your invitation email to tracker@pivotallabs.com and we will set up your account for you.
