Intelligent Story Parsing for Label and Owner fields

Add "text shortcuts" into the title box. When creating a new story (or task) I'd love to be able to type "Something: Story Name @JC" to create the story with name Story Name assigned to user with initial JC and the label Something. Right now there are too many things I still have to pick the mouse up for when entering stories.
