Increase allowable velocity.

Pivotal should allow velocity of greater than 99. For instance my team which consists of 7 people and we estimate points based on 1/2 of work = 1 point. Our interations are 4 weeks long, and I'd like to start with a velocity of 180. However, the input box for this only allows 2 digits. Thanks!
