I want to be able to prioritise a rejected story
If we've rejected a feature that wasn't implemented correctly... sometimes we can decide that it's not really in-scope for this release and push it back to a previous release.
Currently the only way to do that is to change it back to the "not yet started" status. It'd be nice if I could drag/drop it as per non-started features.

Inappropriate?Please! This is super-critical. My devs are always confused by me telling them not to work on rejected features, even though they are ABOVE the top priority features..
