How can I undo attachment removal

Is there a way to undo/revert removal of attachments from a story? I accidentally hit the remove button and killed a file. It shows my action in history tab but no way to revert or look at what the owner uploaded. Possible idea for improvement: Upon attachment removal, present a confirmation as its an unusual action for someone to make.
