Genius
I've felt compelled to congratulate Pivotal for some time. I manage a project between opposite time zones, South America and Australia. It is so intuitive and easy to use as a product that from the moment I started using it to six months in, neither have I consulted a help file nor wished for a single feature. The genius of it is that the entire project is manageable from one single page so I can see snapshots, velocity, collapse and expand sprints, story details and more from a single dashboard. Everyone is truly on the same page! LOL, I did say it! We integrated with Campfire and the two together enable agile and asynchronous communication with elegance and simplicity. As far as I am concerned Pivotal Tracker is to online project tracking as Google is to search engines.

James, thank you for that, we're really happy to hear that Tracker's working so well for you. And even though you wish for no features, we have a long list of them coming this year, but we'll try our hardest not to mess with anything that doesn't need fixing, or Tracker's simplicity.
