Expose all releases, even those in collapsed future iterations

Releases should be visible regardless of whether the iteration containing them is collapsed. Many iterations out the individual stories are vague and their priorities approximate, but it's useful to know at a glance whether Release Foo is five or seven iterations out, without having to open up all those iterations.
