Email notificaitons
I'm not receiving email notifications. My profile is set to receive both types. Any ideas why I'm not receiving them?

Inappropriate?Email notifications seem to be working. Look to see if your email client is considering the Tracker notifications as spam.
-
Inappropriate?Nope, that's not the problem. I also tried changing my email address from Cisco domain to my personal Hotmail. That didn't work either. Is there a permissions or roles setting somewhere that sets my role to not receive email notifications?
-
Inappropriate? The production logs indicate that the mail was sent to your hotmail acount (see below) and at least two of us are receiving emails as of a couple of minutes ago.
Can you check your hotmail spam filters/folders again?
(Note I took out the actual email addresses)

Inappropriate? No, I definitely did not receive the email. I checked all possible folders including Junk. Shall I try Gmail?
I’m sad

Inappropriate?Looks like hotmail is currently blocking tracker emails for some reason. I do receive emails on my gmail account but not on my hotmail account. So yes please try Gmail
-
Inappropriate?Yes! Gmail works! I know someone that dealt with problems sending to Hotmail accounts from their private domain. You will need to contact the Evil Empire (aka Microsoft) to resolve.
Thanks for your help.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?Hi, can you please email me a copy of the bounced notification email? I'm working to have Cisco allow emails from you. But I need your email headers details. You can email them to jmuehrin@cisco.com
Thanks,
Jason
I’m happy

Inappropriate? The next deploy (scheduled for April 29) will have a few updates to the email server configuration for Tracker. These changes should make Tracker emails less likely to be blocked by spam filters.
Also, adding pivotaltracker.com to your mail client's address book should help as well. -
Hi, all of a sudden I'm having this same problem again. I cannot receive your notification emails using my Cisco email address. It was working as recently as May 15th.
