Each label can be configured to show up on left/right of story
Configure which side of the story title each label shows up on.
This has recently changed from left to right and back to the left. Seems each label should have a left/right option since labels have a double meaning. Sometimes they are used to group stories and sometimes they are truly ancillary info.
