'Description' content being overwritten with 'add task'

if one person is editing the 'description' of a story; of any type, and another person opens the same story; 'view details', the 'existing description'; will be replaced; lost, with 'add task' as the replacement.

Note: 'View History' reveals that this is actually occurring.
