Custom Workflows would rock

The current set of states (start -> finish -> deliver -> accept/reject) hits the 80% case. Unfortunately too many of my projects are in the 20% and this is an increasing source of friction. I'd love some sort of additional state definition here so I could do things like start -> finish -> deliver to staging -> accept/reject -> deploy to production
