Change Iteration Length Mid Project
Due to an upcoming promotion we need to change our release schedule and consequently our sprint start and end dates. Starting tomorrow we are going to have a maintenance Sprint that lasts one week in order to hit a specified launch date. Beginning next Monday we will start our next sprint and that will follow our typical two week iteration length. Is there anyway to account for this change in iteration length in Pivotal or is all hope lost? Should we just begin a new project?

Inappropriate? Our team is going to move from 2 week sprints to 3 week sprints. Is there anyway to keep the previous sprints as 2 weeks and new sprints at 3?

Inappropriate?Currently there is no way to do that in Tracker right now, but it is a feature we are considering.
