Can I set Tracker to send email to story owner when someone else assigns it?
When I create and assign a story to someone else, it would be great if Tracker would send that person an email letting them know that a new story has been assigned to them.

Inappropriate?Yes, or at least when that story hits the backlog, the owner should be emailed. -
Inappropriate?Theoretically this not the way an agile project should work--project members should pull tasks, not have tasks assigned to them.
But if one if also using Pivotal as a bug tracker (which we are) then it really does make sense to be able to assign a story/bug to someone, and for them to receive notice when that happens.
