Can project owners subscribe to email notification on all story updates, including those they did not create?

Inappropriate?Sorry it took a while to respond.. We some how lost track of your question.
Right now project owners/members cannot subscribe to email notifications for all story updates, they can subscribe for email notifications when the stories are created, when comments are added, when stories you requested are delivered and when stories you own are rejected.
We are considering an story activity feed on the new upcoming dashboard. We were also considering a story activity RSS feed and now will consider your request for email notifications on all story updates.
