Calendar picker in the reports display incorrectly

I've been trying to generate our progress report for our projects, and every time I need to remember how wrong is the date picker.

If you see attached, there is the image of January. To my knowledge, Last week started on Jan 12 (monday), but it's been reported as wednesday!

Jan 22, which is Thursday it's been reported as Friday!

Maybe Tracker is using the wrong year?
