buttons flashing when i hover them

All the menu buttons are initially white when i hover them (hover images not loaded instantly -> white while loading), this could be prevented by using css sprites or adding the hover buttons somewhere in the background (maybe other hacks exist too...)

its no big issue, but a little bit annoying...
just wanted to let you know ;)
