Better story views (especially for 'viewer')
This is what a viewer sees when looking at a story:
I understand that those controls are there for people who can actually change the values and it's easy to just disable them if the user doesn't have suitable permissions, but disabled form inputs aren't the best way to view information.
I think it'd be best to start with the description (especially if it's in "Dan North format"), since that's the meat of the story. The rest of the information is extra. I don't have the answer for what would be the best way to present all of it, but I have the feeling the way to get there is to come up with something that works really well for viewers (people who cannot change any of the values) and then add controls (regular form inputs, something else) for the users with permissions, not start with an edit form and then disable inputs.

Most of the time I open a story, it is to get more information.
When I currently open a story, I'm presented with a mess of select boxes, and text areas. Probably the #1 offender is the story title - if you have a title more than a few words, you get *less* of the title than you did in the list.
Really awesome job with the latest design push, by the way!

I've love using the "As a .. I want .. So that" format for stories and would love to be able to use this in the title with more details about the rationale or even Given/When/Then scenarios in the description.
The fields take up way too much room in the expanded form of a story, instead the description and title should be emphasised more with an easy way to edit the other bits and pieces if you really need to.

Inappropriate?Strongly agree with sudara... even a quick simple config would help: let me customize whether the story comes above the select boxes.
