Autolink to stories in description by ID using #12345 formatting.

People on my project would like to link to other stories easily using #12345 style autolinking found in Lighthouse/Trac SVN Integration. For instance, "Implement the new foo widget, similar to #12345" would link to the story rather than copy/pasting the url and adding it to the description.
