As a user I would like to be able to track risks for projects and be able to see the risk profile for a project in the dashboard.

As a user I would like to be able to track risks for projects and be able to see the risk profile for a project in the dashboard. Risks could be based on two values, probability and impact, each on a -5 to +5 scale (PMI approach to positive risk [opportunities] and negative risk). The Risk profile could be then a graph of risk over time in a "radar" chart. A risk entry should have the ability to create risk prevention, risk mitigation, risk avoidance, and risk acceptance chores. When the chores have been completed, the risk value is then minimized by some factor of the original risk probability and impact values.
