Inappropriate?Sorry for the problems with Tracker this morning. We switched our hosting provider last night and are working out a few bugs.
We've been notified of the problem that you are experiencing and are currently working with our new providers to resolve it.

Inappropriate? It looks like we need to optimize our export process a bit for large projects in our new hosting environment. We are currently working on the changes.
We hope to have a fix in place in the next day or two. If you need the export data before that, we could manually export it for you.
Sorry for any inconviences that this may cause you.

Inappropriate? You should be able to export the AppFolio project now, but with its size and growth rate we may come across these issues again in few months.
Questions:
When you are exporting the project, do you care about done stories and stories in the icebox?
Would exporting just the stories in current and backlog be sufficient for you? -
Inappropriate?I actually would need done stories and stories in the icebox, but for the done stories, it would be nice to able to select a time range. I definitely do not need all the done stories from the beginning of the project. Usually just one sprint back.
Just so you know, my main goal is to get statistics on bugs entered/fixed for specific timeframes.
Thanks,
Jennifer
