Allow collaboration between users on a single story.

Since Tracker embodies the principles of XP, it would be nice if a story that was done via Pair Programming could have the story linked to both users so points could be properly allocated. Another example: user A works on story X, user A need a collaborative effort from user B, user B complies but gets no recognition in the system.
