Allow better internal story linking in Pivotal interface

I suggest you autoconvert storyIDs or [storyID]s to links in all Pivotal views, wiki-style. (like 361958 or [361958])

This way when I need to reference another story, it's very easy. For instance, I have 2 stories with the same list of questions. If I add more questions to 1, I want there to be some way the other story gets the update, linking seems easiest. Also if 2 separate people are implementing each story, I want them to be working from the same answers which will be easy if they are linked.

This also would also ideally open the story in the current Pivotal interface window rather than loading another one (unless I use my browser "open in new window").
