Account add owner issues
On the accounts page of pivotal tracker ( http://www.pivotaltracker.com/account... ), when I try to add in another owner there are issues.
1) When trying to add a user that I am sure exists in the system, it still doesn't find that user and sends a signup email to the user.
2) When I enter the user credentials without an email and click "Add new member", it adds Andy Goodell (and presumably sent out an email).

Inappropriate?Email addresses are what make users unique in the Tracker. A user
might be signed up multiple times with different email addresses. If
you add somebody that is not in Tracker based on the email address, a
sign up email will be sent to them. If that person is already in
Tracker based on the email address, an email telling them that they
have been added to the account will be sent to them.
If you think that a person is already in Tracker, find out the email
that they signed up with and add them with that email.
Adding somebody without an email shouldn't be allowed, but it seems there is a bug in Tracker right now allowing it. If you added somebody without
an email they definitely don't have access to the account and no email
was sent out to them.
You should remove the owner you added, find out the email they signed
up with and re-add them.
