Hello Frank,
Can you please send your project ID to tracker@pivotallabs.com. Also, please let us know if you are waiting for the API response on the first create request before you send the next one.
Thanks,

Chad Woolley replied on March 06, 2010 01:19 to the problem "What status is supposed to represent "Not Reproducible, Need More Info"?" in Get Satisfaction:
Well, I don't want to change it to an Idea without the user's permission, especially if it is really a Problem.
I also don't like to just reply and not change the status, because that makes it difficult use the status field in reports to distinguish which tickets have been addressed and which have not. For example, we may have replied to say we are looking into it, or we may have replied saying we need more info. Unless we set the status, we can't tell those situations apart in a report.
Chad Woolley reported a problem in Get Satisfaction on March 02, 2010 02:09:
What status is supposed to represent "Not Reproducible, Need More Info"?I don't like "Acknowledged", because I think that sends the user an email implying that we are acknowledging it is a problem.
I don't like "In Progress", because the ticket will remain open forever if the user never responds with more info...
I don't like "Not a Problem", because it might be a real problem, if I had more info to reproduce it.
Chad Woolley replied on March 02, 2010 02:01 to the problem "API ver 3 bug with unscheduled features" in Pivotal Labs:
Hi Ryan,
I'm unable to reproduce this - I can find and view a story with a task just fine. Here's what I just tried:
stories = Story.find(:all, :params => {:filter => "type:Feature state:unscheduled", :project_id => PROJECT_ID})
puts stories.first.tasks.first.description
If you are still having problems, please send your project id and problematic story id to tracker@pivotallabs.com.
Thanks,

Chad Woolley replied on March 02, 2010 00:10 to the problem "Exporting to Excel" in Pivotal Labs:
Hi Boris,
I exported the story ID you sent us via email, and it was not truncated. This story's description does contain newlines, but Tracker encloses it with double-quotes, so there should not be a problem for most CSV parsers.
You can confirm this by opening up the downloaded .csv file in a text editor, and verifying that it contains the entire description. If it does, you should check your CSV import settings in Excel, or perhaps try a newer version of Excel or another spreadsheet tool.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,

Chad Woolley asked a question in Get Satisfaction on March 01, 2010 23:42:
Management View has incorrect data for "Last Employee" and "Last Response"Here is an example problem ticket:
http://community.pivotaltracker.com/p...
A company employee replied 14 days ago. However, the Management View search for "Problems" with "No Employee Response" listed this problem, and shows "Last Employee" blank, "Last Response" blank, and "Replies" as zero.

Chad Woolley replied on February 24, 2010 07:15 to the idea "Have a project collaboration page that can be use for real time collaboration between project members" in Pivotal Labs:
You could paste the URL link for a story into your google document, so everyone sharing the document can see the link and click through to the tracker story.
Tracker also has a flexible API which can be used to dynamically update stories via HTTP. Any collaborative tool which supports HTTP integration could be used to automatically update stories via the Tracker API.
Chad Woolley replied on February 24, 2010 07:09 to the question "Spanish Translate" in Pivotal Labs:
Tracker supports internationalized character sets, so you can write your story title/description/comments in any language you wish. There are currently no near-term plans to translate Tracker itself into other languages, but other users can vote for this topic in GetSatisfaction if they are interested.

Chad Woolley replied on February 18, 2010 22:57 to the problem "drag and drop doesn't seem to work on Chrome" in Pivotal Labs:
Hello,
Drag and drop from the Lighthouse integration panel worked fine for me, using the following versions:
Chrome Version: 4.0.249.89 (38071)
Windows Version: WIndows 7 Professional [Version 6.1.7600]
If you still have this problem, try restarting Chrome and updating to the latest version, and see if it still happens.

Chad Woolley replied on February 08, 2010 18:44 to the question "Allow Flash application access to API" in Pivotal Labs:
Hi Clint,
We are adding a /crossdomain.xml file to the root of www.pivotaltracker.com with the following contents (angle brackets replaced with parens so it renders correctly):
(cross-domain-policy)
(allow-access-from domain="*"/)
(site-control permitted-cross-domain-policies="master-only"/)
(/cross-domain-policy)
Please let us know if this is not correct.
Thanks!
