We have many projects with one main project "owner"-- the "customer" some call it. I'm not the customer, but I help them out by entering the stories that they wrote into tracker (or we're writing them together.) I'm doing the data entry but forget to change the story "requested by" to that person. I change the requestor at some later time-- when I notice. Sometimes it's even after the story is delivered, in which case I undeliver it so that the project owner gets notified.

It's very rare that the customer should be set to anyone else, so why not let me set this up once?
