Thanks Tessa - we currently support posting to FB Fan Pages and will be adding incoming messages shortly. To use this feature, please visit Settings and authorize Sprout Social for your Facebook Fan Page. Once that's done, you'll have an option to post updates to your Fan Page as well as Twitter.
Hope this helps and thanks for the feedback!

Really need a 'design' category in addition to chore/featureWould be great if in addition to bug/chore/feature there was a 'design' designation that let's me break out features that need to be designed prior to assigning to production. I can assign the story to designers now, but it would be easier to work with if they weren't lumped in with Chores and Features.

Ha, I like that feature too. In fact, it's planned. Also the opposite of that concept, being able to "subscribe" to content in your inbox (a keyword, user, etc.) for a set period of time. You may not want to follow a hashtag forever, but you can temporarily add it to your inbox/timeline without having to setup a persistent search of follow a user.

Yeah, the iPhone apps are great feed readers by nature. In fact I only read my RSS feeds on my iPhone.
Curious your thoughts on Brizzly - it's a solid app. Anything in particular that you think is exceptional?
A little more background into where we are development wise - we originally intended (and still do) to be a business tool first, and twitter client second. However, we're seeing lots of ways we can improve to allow our users to rely more on us for both, so a lot of the new features we're adding (a few more today even) are along those lines. We want to increase the utility as a social media client, as well as increase the usefulness as a business tool. But not to sacrifice the latter for the former - I think we can do both.
We don't expect users who don't use our business features to use us as their primary client - though we're getting closer to the point where that very well could happen.

Have you tried entering these terms in the Discovery view? (can also be added in settings under the intelligence tab). You can setup peristent searches for these words, and words found in bio's - and you'll not only see all the results, we also use some fancy formulas to show you the best people to follow/engage first on the list.
For example you can add "blackjack", "Spanish 21", basic strategy, etc. to the Discussion keywords, and maybe "gambler", "blackjack" to the bio searches. We give you both options because the keywords for tweets vs. bios is often different.
Check it out and let me know what you think, or let me know if you need help setting it up. This is one of Sprout's coolest features :)
If you already tried that and were looking for something different, let me know.

Thanks Greg - we're actually working on a few options to handle this better. It's tougher with a web-based client than desktop client because leaving the scroll position isn't possible. We're considering using the same method as Twitter.com which is to show a message that there are new messages ready to load, but not actually displaying them until the user is ready. What are your thoughts on that?
